Getting Error "Sorry, the server is unavailable" While Trying to Connect to Mobile Field Service Multiplatform In Android Device

Information in this document applies to any platform.


On : 12.2.5 version,

When attempting to login to mobile field service application,
the following error occurs.

"Sorry, the server is unavailable"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Opened the MFS App.
2) Entered the below details
  Username - ****
  Password - *****
  Server -
3) click on Go Offline button,
