Getting Error "Sorry, the server is unavailable" While Trying to Connect to Mobile Field Service Multiplatform In Android Device (Doc ID 2283124.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version,

When attempting to login to mobile field service application,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
"Sorry, the server is unavailable"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Opened the MFS App.
2) Entered the below details
  Username - ****
  Password - *****
  Server - http://XYZ.com:port
3) click on Go Offline button,
