Email Accounts Setups Details Are Not Showing In Summary Page After Upgrade (Doc ID 2283175.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After upgrade from 12.0.6 to 12.1.3, the existing email account setup details (Name, Description, Account Name, Passwords, SMTP, etc) are lost and showing blank.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The existing email account setup details (Name, Description, Account Name, Passwords, SMTP, etc) should not get blank after application upgrade.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade the application from 12.0.6 to 12.1.3
2. Navigate to (R) Email Center Administrator -> Email Center Administrator -> Administration -> Email Accounts -> Summary
3. Select the email account and check the email account details.
