Symptoms
On : 12.2.5 version, Purchase to Pay Flow
When attempting to close 'Mar-17' period, the following error occurs.
ERROR

"This period contains project-related receipt accruals in Oracle Purchasing that have not been interfaced to Oracle Projects. To identify the exceptions, run either the EXC: Transaction Exception Details or the EXC: Transaction Exception Summary report."
The output of Transaction Exception Details shows: *** No Data Found ***
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the 'GL Periods for Projects' form.
2. Try to close 'Mar-17' period, get error:
"This period contains project-related receipt accruals in Oracle Purchasing that have not been interfaced to Oracle Projects. To identify the exceptions, run either the EXC: Transaction Exception Details or the EXC: Transaction Exception Summary report."
3. Run EXC: Transaction Exception Details by GL Period for period 'Mar-17'. The output of Transaction Exception Details shows: *** No Data Found ***
