iStore Search Insert Program Takes Long Time and Fails ORA-01555: snapshot too old

Symptoms
On Prod: 12.1.3 version, HTML User Interface
Followed solution of running "iStore Search Insert" program as per the following document:
(Doc ID 1383709.1) Adding Product to a Quote Error: "You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the system administrator for assistance." Java Stack Error: "ORA-20000: Oracle Text error. DRG-10599: column is not indexed"
However, the request had to be killed after running many hours and consuming lot of resources in Production instance.
Since program was incomplete, and index was not available yet, users were unable to search any items to be added to Quotes.

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-01555: snapshot too old: rollback segment number 1607 with name "< segment name >" too small

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run "iStore Search Insert" concurrent program
2. See program fails
