Product Name not Translated in Self Service Preferences

Information in this document applies to any platform.


When users having different language in their preferences other than English, and when clicking on 'Preferences' in page link, it is not displaying the translated
name of the 'Oracle Time and Labor' application.

Example, when using Canadian French:
1. Using Français Canada, login to OTL Self Service
2. Click Préférences
3. Notice on Left hand side that Oracle Time and Labor is not translated
