Applications Management Pack Plugin (AMP) For E-Business Suite Displays Incorrect Monitoring Template Message "Database is Down" For Unavailable Applications Tier Nodes In Enterprise Manager Interface

The E-Business Suite Applications Management Pack (AMP) plugin for Enterprise Manager (OEM) does not display the correct messages when concurrent manager nodes are down.
When a concurrent manager node is down, the (AMP) plugin alert message reports the "database is down" instead of the correct message "Concurrent Manager is down".
For Example, the AMP plugin will report the below details for a down concurrent manager node:

Note the alert message also contains the database host name, instead of the Apps server host information when the agent is unable to make a connection.
