Unable to View Map Workbench After Applying Patch 25862751:R12.EAM.C (Doc ID 2283461.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After applying patch 25862751:R12.EAM.C, users no longer can view the map workbench. The workaround was to select https://js.argis.com/3.13 and add an exception. Per security protocol, this exception cannot be added in IE at the client site.  Prior to the patch, users did not encounter this latency issue.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Maps should appear after patch 25862751:R12.EAM.C.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Maintenance Super User.
2. Click on Assets tab.
3. In Simple Search, enter Asset Number.
4. Click Go button.
5. No map appears
