EAM: Map In Map Workbench Does Not Appear For An Instance With F5 Configuration

Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version, ACTIVITY

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
For the instances that the map workbench works, the instances are not configured with F5 the port is included in hostname:port connection.
 
For the instances that the map workbench does not work or appear, the instances are configured with the F5 and the application port has been included as part of the F5 resolution/configuration.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Map Workbench should work.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Maintenance Super User
2. Click on Assets tab
3. Click on Map Workbench
4. See the aforementioned issue.
