Default Locator Is Not Picked From Routing For Work Order Less Completions From Transactions Interface (Doc ID 2283506.1)

When performing Work Order less Completion Transactions through MTL_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE (MTI), the following error occurs.

Error Explanation: The expenditure organization information is invalid.
Error Code: Invalid locator segments

R12 is not able to get the locator values from Routing whereas in 11i the locator details are pulled from routings that exists in BOM for the item.
