R12: PAXRUVPS: PSI: Duplicate Commitments Appear (Doc ID 2283620.1)

Symptoms

Initially commitments (requisitions and purchase orders) were displayed as triple in Project Status Inquiry. <Patch 22482406:R12.PJT.B> (MULTITHREAD IS INSERTING DOUBLES IN COMMITMENTS AMOUNTS) has been applied and now the purchase order and internal requisition commitments are not tripled but the purchase requisitions are tripled.

Running PRC: Refresh Project Summary Amounts corrects the amounts in PSI.

As soon as the user runs the PRC: Update Project Summary Amounts with batch size 500 and number of parallel run 2 it triples the commitment for requisition (PR) again.
