Default Operating Unit Value Does Not Appear On Agreements Page

Symptoms
In Oracle iSupplier Portal, Release 12.2.3 through 12.2.7, the operating unit is not defaulting on the Agreements search page, based on MO: Default Operating Unit profile. Due to this issue, users having to guess what operating unit to put in the field.
It is expected that the Operating Unit value should default as it does on the other tabs.
Steps To Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Oracle Applications, using an iSupplier Portal Internal View responsibility.
2. Orders tab > Agreements subtab.
3. On the Agreements page, the Operating Unit search field does not have any value defaulted (it is blank/null).
