Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Receiving Functions

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------------
Receiving Transaction Processor concurrent program is running with default Operating Unit as "Setup Business Group" against scheduled request with no parameters passed

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------------
Receiving Transaction Processor concurrent program should not be running with default Operating Unit as "Setup Business Group" against scheduled request with no parameters passed

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Select Purchasing responsibility
2. Navigate to Requests
3. Click on Submit a new request
4. Press ok button
5. Select "Receiving Transaction Processor" request
6. Click on Schedule button
7. Select periodically radio button and enter details of the schedule
8. Press ok button

** Note: Make sure that Operating unit parameter is not having any value.
