Actual Behavior
If Item Rule exists for a Multi-row Attribute Group then existing data is not populated while copying an item during new item creation.

Expected Behavior
You expect rule to apply to all multi-row attribute groups

Steps
1. Confirm item 123 has values populated for 3 multi-row attribute records
2. Navigate: Development Manager > Item Catalog Category > Create Production Item
3. Create new item, ABC, by copying item 123
4. Review new item ABC and find that the multi-row attribute records are not copied to the new item
