Trying to Create a new Web ADI Document errors with:

Run-time error '1004'
Method 'VBProject' of object '_Workbook' failed.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Log into Desktop Integrator

2. Create Document

Upgraded to Excel 2016, but can occur on other versions of Excel.
