Mobile Field Service MP: Task Assigned To One User But Visible On Many User's Mobile App

Symptoms

Actual Behavior

A task is assigned to one valid Resource (user) from Service Request form, however the same task is visible on Mobile Field Service Multi-Platform application (MFS MP) for many other users.

Expected Behavior

Task should be visible on only one user's MFS MP app to whom it is assigned from Service Request form.

Steps

1. Create a Service Request and Task.
2. Assign the task to a valid Mobile Field Service resource (user) and save.
3. Perform the sync from MFS MP app.

=> The mobile user cannot access the Task.

     * Note:
        The same task can be visible on many user's MFS MP app.
