WIP Error While On Discrete Job Changing Quantities. (Doc ID 2284297.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version, Transactions

When attempting to change the start quantity on a work order, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
APP-FND-01048: Use of this combination restricted by WHERE clause'((DISABLE_DATE> SYSDATE or DISABLE_DATE IS NULL) AND NVL(SUBINVENTORY_CODE,'Z')=NVL(:W_JOBS.Completion_Subinventory,'Z'))'.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Work in Process
2. Discrete - > Discrete
3. Query a Job
4. Change the start quantity from 10000 to 9300.
5. Save the changes.
6. See the aforementioned error message.
