QP: Bulk Import Of Price List - Error: Attribute CURRENCY HEADER Is Invalid (Doc ID 2284365.1)

Symptoms

We inserted the sample data in file QPBLKEX1.sql taken from Doc ID 435467.1
When we run the program QP: Bulk Import of Price List the output file shows the error:

Attribute CURRENCY HEADER is invalid


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Pricing Manager
1. Reports > QP Bulk Loader
