Receive ORA-01403 No Data Found Error When Trying To Update Renewed Service Contract Price Modifier

On : 12.2.5 version, Service contract Renewals

When attempting to After Auto-renewal, customer is unable to update a Service Contract line Price Adjustment when OKC_PRICE_ADJUSTMENTS fields program_application_id, program_id, program_update_date, request_id are populated.

ORA-01403: no data found
FRM-40735: ON-UPDATE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01830.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Service Contracts Manager > Contracts > Launch Contracts. - Open any renewed existing service contract.
2. Go to Lines
3. Go to Tools --> Pricing Adjustment
4. Change the value for field New Price.
5. Click on Save
- this error occurs, unable to save the price adjustment
