UK Unable to Pay SSP to a Zero Hours Contract APP-PQP-230661 ORA-01476 (Doc ID 2285161.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to add a sickness absence to an employee with 0 working hours,
the following error occurs.

Need to be able to pay SSP to an employee who is on a zero hours contract (as they have earned enough)

APP-PQP-230661: "pqp_absval_pkg.get_absences_taken(50). ORA-01476 Divisor is equal to zero"


Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Using UK HRMS Responsibility > People > Assignment

1. employee assignment > working hours = 0

2. Enter an absence (It doesn’t matter if its end dated or open ended – Same error happens:-
type = sickness
from 05-dec-2016
Error: APP-PQP-230661: "pqp_absval_pkg.get_absences_taken(50). ORA-01476 Divisor is equal to zero"

3. navigate to statutory payments tab
