Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version, Agent Console in TEST instance

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Email Centre Agent Console Search within INBOX folder doesn't find any results under Email Account


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that the Email Centre Agent Console Search within INBOX folder should find the appropriate results


WHAT IS WORKING
----------------------------

When the folder is changed to Sent and search to 'Sent' results are populated and emails are visible

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Email Centre Agent Console > Email Center Agent Console > Home
2.Open Queue for an Email Account assigned to the user
3.On this this screen, navigate to the Messages > Search and search under INBOX Folder;

No results are found
