In R12, after a bankruptcy has been withdrawn (Disposition Code = Bankruptcy Withdrawn), it can not longer be updated. In some cases, the bankruptcy is later approved after a court hearing for example, and the bankruptcy needs to be approved.
1. In 11i, if a bankruptcy is set to 'Bankruptcy Withdrawn'. The same bankruptcy can be updated 2 months later to 'Bankruptcy Granted'.
2. In R12, if a bankruptcy is set to 'Bankruptcy Withdrawn'. Once this is saved, the bankruptcy can no longer be updated. The fields and disposition code are disabled. If the bankruptcy is approved after that, a new
bankruptcy needs to be created.
Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Collections Manager
Navigation: Collections Agent
- Update a Bankruptcy to 'Bankruptcy Withdrawn' and save.
- After saving, the bankruptcy can not be reinstated.
