What to Check When the Credit Limit Displays as Negative or Incorrect Values in Advanced Collections (Doc ID 2285846.1)

Goal

In the Advanced Collections Profile tab, the Credit Limit displayed is not matching the value defined for the customer.  In some cases, it will show as a -1.00 or -2.00 for example.
