12.2 E-Business Suite Proxy User Setup Causes Other Proxy User Definitions To Disappear, And Previously Setup Proxy Users Are No Longer Visible In The Switch Users Page (Doc ID 2285868.1)

Symptoms

E-Business Suite 12.2 User Management, User Interface Proxy Delegation related issues

 

 

After an upgrade to 12.2, users report issues assigning other users to approve their notifications as a proxy.


After following the instructions available in the below link,
user created proxies (user#1) cannot see other users on the Switch User page:

Also in 12.2 after setting up proxy users for the worklist, the previously setup proxies users are no longer displayed (or disappear).

This happens when there are 10 or more records for proxies. 

When the 11th proxy is created in 12.2, it results in only the last record to showing up on 'Switch User' page and there are blank records for the previous 10 proxies.
