Symptoms

Actual Behavior
In Oracle Purchasing, can not define one alert for all the OUs.

Expected Behavior
In Oracle Purchasing, should be able to define one alert for all the OUs.

Steps To Replicate

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps.

  1. Navigate to Purchasing Super User Responsibility.
  2. Create a new Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with one line.
  3. Approve the agreement.
  4. Enter an expiration date for the Blanket agreement.
  5. Notification controls in place.
  6. Navigate to Alert Manager Responsibility.
  7. Expired Blanket agreement data is not fetched in the alert screen.
