Lease Center Form has Performance Issue when Retrieving the Cash Receipts (Doc ID 2286293.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Find that there is performance issue in Lease center when retrieving cash receipts. There is only one cash receipt for an invoice and it is taking 5 - 7 min.

SQL having performance issue is the following:

SELECT CASH_RECEIPT_ID COL1, INVOICE_NUMBER COL2, RECEIPT_NUMBER COL3,
 RECEIPT_DATE COL4, RECEIPT_AMOUNT COL5,RECEIPT_CURRENCY_CODE COL6,
 RECEIPT_CURRENCY_CODE COL7, RECEIPT_STATUS COL8, AMOUNT_APPLIED COL9,
 INVOICE_CURRENCY_CODE COL10, RECEIPT_TYPE_CODE COL11, PAYMENT_METHOD COL12,
 ADVANCED_YN COL13, INVOICE_DATE COL14, KHR_ID COL15, CUST_ACCOUNT_ID COL16,
 UNAPPLIED_AMOUNT COL17,RECEIPT_CURRENCY_CODE COL18, ONACCOUNT_AMOUNT COL19,

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Lease Center Agent
2. Lease Center Search
3. Query a Contract
4. Navigate to Account Tab
