User Is Unable To Input Japanese Address In Emergency Contact Details (Doc ID 2286355.1)

Symptoms


User is attempting to enter a Japanese address for their Emergency Contact under Employee Self Service and the address is not saving fully.
Issue is not present when enter another countries address. (ex. US, UK)


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. (N) not sure what responsibility is used -> Seeded on custom SSHR
2. Go to Emergency Contact Address -> Click update
3. Emergency details currently held > Update emergency contact details
4. Dependent and Beneficiary: Update Screen displays
5. Updating address from 23 May 17 -> Enter Country as Japan -> Address line1 = Casacarrera 505 -> Address Line2 = Kanadenomori 3-3-10, Narashino -> Address Line3 = Chiba T275-0028
6. Click Next -> In Review Page following issue is observed -> Country is reverted to old record (UK) -> Address Line1 is not there
7. Submit transaction
8. Message Stats: Your changes has been applied. However, we can see that Country is correct (Japan) but Address Line1 is now empty
