E-Business Suite 12.2 User Management, User Interface User Administration related issues

 

 

After an upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2, any personalizations to the Add Proxies page (/oracle/apps/fnd/umx/proxy/webui/ProxySetupPG) fail with the following error when clicking the SUBMIT button:
