Creating a Service Request from Contact Center/Install Base Screens in Html Does Not Open the Service Request Once It Is Created (Doc ID 2286795.1)

When creating a Service Request through HTML page in the Contact Center form, it goes back to the Contact Center page once the Problem Summary is added on the initial screen and the Apply button is selected.
Expectation is the Service Request Screen would be displayed at this time.
