Actual Behavior

Unable convert Requisition into Standard Purchase Order via 'AutoCreate' form due to "Error: Unexpected error occurred during autocreate"


Steps to Reproduce
-----------------------
1. Navigation = AutoCreate
2. Find Requisition
3. Press 'Automatic' button then 'New Document' window opened
4. Press 'Create' button (without enter Supplier and Site)
5. "Error: Unexpected error occurred during autocreate" prompted
