Running the PA process, PRC: Year End Budget Rollover Process. The output file for the process shows some projects with baseline budget errors. The
budgets were rebaselined and the process still has not processed the project(s) successfully. But there are other projects not listed in the output file
that did not process the projects successfully.

There are 41 Projects total. Users have carried forward successfully only 6 Projects when running the PRC: Year End Budget Rollover Process. Remaining
projects are an issue. Also note, there are projects with supplier invoices not validating and have Holds (unsure if this matters when running the process).
Projects are using Top Down Integration.
