Emails Not Appearing In Queued Messages Sub-node Under Media Node In UWQ (Doc ID 2287045.1)

From the Email Center Agent Console Home page, the queued message count for the email account is showing correctly.
 But when viewing the same in Queued Messages sub-node under Media node from UWQ, the email count is showing less and it is taking more time to appear in UWQ

The email should immediately appear in the UWQ media node > Queued Messages for the email account once the email showing/reached in the Agent console -> Home page

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to (R) Email Center Agent -> Home. In the Message Summary page and check the count for Queued Message of the email account
2. Navigate to (R) Service -> Universal Work Queue -> Media -> Queued Messages. Click on the email account ('Personnel Service Center') and check the count.
