Symptoms

Order Releases are configured with Order Configuration PREPACK. Order Releases are planned into Shipments. An active agent is configured to be executed for Order Release Modifications listening to event "ORDER - MODIFIED" with Before Persist checked. When an Order Release modification with quantity changes is processed into OTM , agent action "ORDER RELEASE - MOD - EDIT SHIPMENT" fails with the following exception
