Cannot Execute RMA Receipt, Because "Online Transaction Failed" Error by Mobile Applications

Problem Statement
When attempting to perform RMA Receipt in Mobile, the following error occurs.

Online transaction failed

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Login to Mobile applications
  2. Select Warehouse Management responsibility
  3. Navigate to Inbound > Receipts > RMA
  4. Choose organization
  5. Enter RMA number
  6. Enter item , sub-inventory, LPN , To locator
  7. Press Done
