When attempting to delete a sales order line after saving, the following error occurs. The problem started after applying the GST patches.
ORA-20001: APP-20110: Encountered an error in JAI_OM_TAX_DET_PKG.delete_line. Tax determination factor
line was not found.

1. Log in to Order Management responsibility
2. Navigate to Sales Orders
3. Enter a new sales order
4. Enter appropriate header level information
5. Navigate to Lines tab
6. Enter an item on the sales order line
7. Save the sales order
8. Delete the entered line
9. Error occurs
