Symptoms
MTL_SUPPLY table has rows referencing
- Purchase Orders which do not exist in PO_HEADERS_ALL table
- Requisitions which do not exist PO_REQUISTION_HEADERS_ALL
- Shipments which do not exist in RCV_SHIPMENT_HEADERS table.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

MTL_SUPPLY table should not have data referencing non-existent POs and Requisitions and Shipments .
