Symptoms
On : 12.2.4 version, in iProcurement / Requisition Management
When searching a Purchase Requisition, the following error occurs:
Exception Details.
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.adf.mds.exception.MDSRuntimeException: Unable to find component with absolute reference = /oracle/apps/icx/por/reqmgmt/webui/ExpSearchPG, XML Path = {1}. Please verify that the reference is valid and the definition of the component exists either on the File System or in the MDS Repository.
: XML-20108: (Fatal Error) Start of root element expected.

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.adf.mds.exception.MDSRuntimeException: Unable to find component with absolute reference = /oracle/apps/icx/por/reqmgmt/webui/ExpSearchPG, XML Path = {1}. The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to iProcurement Responsibility
2. Click on Requisitions tab
3. Click on "Search" button
4. Error appears
The issue appears only for one user.
