Perform an Incremental Backflush for Negative Quantity, the Actual Quantity on the Product Goes to Zero (Doc ID 2288098.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Batches

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Yield a product lot in a batch and then reserve and ship it in a sales order.
Then perform an incremental backflush for negative quantity, the actual quantity on the product goes to zero.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Actual quantity in the batch should not go to zero. It should be updated to the new actual quantity shown on the incremental backflush form.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Steps are performed in Order Management and Production Supervisor responsibilities.
a) Shipping transaction form
To ensure that there are any reservation-> ship confirm

b) On-hand Quantity
No stock for item

c) Order status shows as closed

d) Generating stock in OPM (+100)
Yield Product in batch number 2077 for 100

e) On-hand Quantities
In INV we can see there are stock (100)

f) Shipping Transactions
->launch pick release and autocreate trip to reserve the qty

g) Incremental Backflush for quantity -100
Subtract the quantity (-100)
See Old actual 2124 and new actual 2024

h) View Material Transactions to verify that hte transactions are present
See actual quantity is set ot 0 instead of 2024
