Symptoms

In 12.1.3 STAR(Synchronize Territory Assignments Rule) errors

-904 : ORA-00904: "Q1005_CP": invalid identifier
JTY_TERR_DENORM_RULES_PVT.CREATE_DNMVAL_INDEX API has failed
API JTY_TERR_ENGINE_GEN_PVT.gen_rule_engine has failed with FND_API.G_EXC_ERROR exception



Steps To Reproduce
==============
1. Created custom matching attributes and enabled new CMA(Customer Category (CQ)) using Script1, Script2, Script3 process. Assigned newly created CMA to existing territories.
2. Run STAR then errors
