Requisition Created with Long Decimals are Difficult to Split in Buyer Work Center

On : 12.1.3 version, Requisition Creation,

Requisition created with long decimal quantity (36 decimals). It is difficult to split quantity during autocreate in Buyer Work Center (BWC)

Requisition Quantity should be shown lesser Decimals in Buyer Work Center which will be easier to split

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a Amount based requisition with foreign currency
  Amount :400
  Foreign Currency USD
  Exchange Rate : 0.936417267534413
  Exchange Rate Type: Corporate

2. Saved the requisition and Approve it
  Requisition line data has the following decimals
  Quantity: 374.566907013765333832755876018353778444
  Rate: 0.9364172675344133345818896900458844461092

3. Query the requisition in Buyer Work Center, Requisition Tab
   Quantity is shown as 36 Decimals.
