Symptoms
On : 12.2.4 version, Quality Workbench
In Item Samples form, when clicking Results button to open Results form, the following error appears:
APP-FND-00756: Cannot find combination CCID=<12345> CODE=MSTK SET=<1234>
After inputting information, when try to save, another error pops up:
APP-FND-01023: The following required field does not have a value: ITEM NUMBER

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Quality Manager
2. Navigation: Samples > Item Samples
3. Create Sample with source: Inventory
4. Click button: 'Results'. Error: APP-FND-00756 occurs
5. When attempting to save record Error: APP-FND-01023 occurs
