Wok Request does not appear in the EAM Work Order on the Form screen, it does appear in Self Service

Wok Request should appear in the EAM Work Order on the Form screen as well in Self Service

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Enterprise Asset Management
2. Work Orders - Rebuilable Work Orders
3. Query a Work Order.
4. Click on Work Request LOV and cannot find it.
