Cannot Update Bill To Profile After Applying Patch 12568526 (Doc ID 2289167.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Customers Module when attempting to create site use profile the results are not saving. The problem occurs after applying the patch 22336546.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Customers form
2. Query Account
3. Navigate to site details > profile
4. create site use profile .
5. Trying to update the profile , changes are not saving.
