OSP Requisition Qty Is Not Matching With Discrete Job's Qty (Doc ID 2289283.1)

Symptoms

Jobs created with UOM of Kg get created correctly and show the correct component quantity. When job is moved into OSP the component quantity goes from the number created such as 300 to 1 into the PO_Requisition_all_interface. Other UOM work ok


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Job created and released
2. Component quantity is 300
3. Job moved into osp op
4. component quantity in PO_Requisition_all_interface is 1 if UOM = Kg All other UOM work as expected
