When the Complex Po line price was modified after the WC is created for any of its payitem, the updated price is defaulted on the payitem[is it is only one standard payitem on the PO] and the modified price was considered on the WC confirmation screen even if the
accounting entries were done with old price.
For Complex PO actual case, the modified price on line will not be defaulted on the Payitem, if the payitem is already executed like Billed,Received.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.A Complex Purchase order was created with line type as Fixed Price Services and the line price as $100
2.A Rate pay item is created for the line with quantity as 1 and price for the pay item as $100
3.With this the lines amount ($100) is equal to sum total of pay item amount(1 X $ 100 = $ 100)
4.A Work Confirmation was created for 1 quantity and the work confirmation is approved
5.After approval of Work confirmation, the Pay item status is updated to Closed for Receiving(Since the pay item amount is $ 100 and work confirmation is created for $ 100)
6.Now,the complex purchase order is revised and the price of the line is changed to $ 300 ( An increase of $ 200 from the initial price of $ 100)
7.When the user visits the pay item tab, the price is not editable for the Pay item (As work confirmation is already available the price is non-editable here)
8.The problem is the price at the pay item tab is displayed as $ 300 ( The changed value for the line is displayed over here and the Quantity field is editable for the buyer to make changes)
9.The buyer cannot reduce the quantity as the quantity cannot be reduced below Work confirmation quantity and the price is displayed as $ 300 which is $ 200 more than the actual work confirmation price
10.The Pay item status is displayed as Closed for Receiving¿ as the matching is with quantity for Rate based pay items and the new amount (1 X $300 = $300 is not considered)
