Information in this document applies to any platform.
On : 12.1.3 version,
1) Created a Parent Party and Account for a Customer: Parent1
2) Created a Child Party and Account for a Customer: Child1
3) Created another Child Party and Account for another Customer: Child2
4) Linked the two children Child1 and Child2 under the parent Parent1 thru Party Relationships of 'partner Hierarchy'
Now we are creating a Credit Application for the parent Parent1 customer. The casefolder that is getting created for this application is not displaying and aggregating the financial information like Aging Details, Open Invoice Count, open Invoices Total etc for the two children Child1 and Child2. This information is coming out as blank.
We need this information for the children to be shown in the case folder to do a true credit analysis of the credit for parent Parent1.
