Symptoms
On 12.2.6 -
When attempting to complete a Labor Debrief, the following error occurs:
Error:
The execution of procedure Validate_Charge_Details failed because of the following unexpected errors:
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called.
Steps:
1. Create a labor Debrief.
2. Set debrief status to 'Completed'.
3. The debrief posting program completes with error
