Goal

 
In several places OTM 6.4.2 Help says it is possible to assign a Load Configuration Profile to a leg itinerary.  

Moreover, in section Operational Planning > Power Data > Load Configuration > Pattern-based Load Configuration Profile, OTM 6.4.2 Help says the following: 

You can specify a load configuration on the Load Configuration Setup Power Data window as well as directly on an order release line, an order release ship unit, or an order base ship unit.
