Shipment Start and End Time Are The Same If The Shipment Is Planned From an Order Movement (Doc ID 2289772.1)

Symptoms


Your Order is planned using two steps planning. i.e. Order is planned to an Order Movement and then the Order Movement is planned to a Shipment.


The Order has no date constraint and when the Order is planned to create an Order Movement the Order Movement gets created as per the itinerary and leg options. When OM are planned sequentially the 1st OM shipment does not show the correct end time. The shipment's Start and end time is shown the same.

However if the Order is directly planned using Bulk plan the shipment service time and dates are correctly shown.
