Not Able to update Offer Name (Doc ID 2289794.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version, Offers

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Offer Name or Flexfield (DFF) values are not getting updated.

When user updates the Offer name and Flexfield value, the user does see a confirmation message "Offer XXXXXX has been updated successfully." but the value does not get updated.
 


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to update Offer Name and DFF value
2. Get a confirmation that it's has been updated successfully
3. DFF and Name didn't get updated
