Problem Statement:

When hovering the mouse cursor over the "Details" icon in the "Catalog" page, "Course Enrollment Summary" pop-up window is not displayed.

 

Steps to Reproduce:
-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Open "Catalog" page.
    Responsibility:Learning Administrator
    (N) Catalog Administration
2. Move the cursor on "Details" icon.
3. "Course Enrollment Summary" pop-up window is not Displayed.
